 Good Morning Paola, Please pass on our thanks to our tour/driver, David.  He was certainly a great ambassador for your Company and a very good driver, particularly as we encountered 2 different crashes, which resulted in having to divert a couple of times.  My first Great Days Out trip was last week to Lulworth Cove and Moreton. Our driver, David, was informative, professional and demonstrated exceptional driving skills and customer service. The destinations and stops chosen made for a thoroughly enjoyable day, even with rather overcast and windy weather. This day out and the level of attention to us all could not have been bettered and I shall definitely be booking again.

It was, indeed, a Great Day Out. Loved it! I wholeheartedly recommend booking with them.

Dear Great Days Out,  

Yesterday, Thursday 7th August, I went with my wife and 12 others to Lulworth Cove with David on your luxury mini coach.  We had an excellent trip, despite an emergency accident at Coombe Bissett, which caused a detour but  David was a first class driver, patient and cooperative and gave us an memorable ride and day out.  We would like to say thank you for this great service.

As regards a rating, I found Tuesday's trip excellent.  David the driver could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way cheerfully and efficiently to ensure we were all catered for in every way possible. Full marks!

Our first trip with yourselves to Brighton was wonderful experience.
David was very professional, excellent communication leading up to the day and throughout our journey, very polite and friendly.
I’m looking forward to our next trip to London and the War Museum as it’s a birthday treat.

 Re Brighton 15th July

I had a lovely day out in Brighton and the whole experience more than lived up to expectations. Communications were very straightforward, the journey comfortable and timings perfect.  David was an excellent driver and ‘tour guide’ - friendly and accommodating.

 I have just had a great day out with Great Days Out. The whole trip was wonderful. Other passengers  were delightful, friendly and fun. The sun shone all day and our driver, David  was  kind, respectful to all  us elderly ladies and gentlemen and drove the minibus confidently and competently. We were all happy to be in such safe hands. What I like is that you take us on an adventure along the way, driving down  country lanes past little towns and villages I would not normally get to see. Once at the destination  we are given more than enough time to explore, shop and have lunch. There is a lovely friendly  atmosphere on the bus and it’s great getting to see the regular trip adventurers like myself.
