Thursday 17th July

Bennetts Water Gardens and Weymouth

    Set in 8 acres, the gardens hold the National  Plant Collection of Water Lilies with a Claude  Monet style Japanese Bridge, Tropical House,  Woodland Walks and Museum. You may wish  to remain there all day whilst others may  prefer to visit Weymouth as well, the choice  is yours. FYI Water Gardens Adults £12.00.  Weymouth is on one of the UK’s most beautiful  coasts and offers the best in an old-fashioned  seaside resort with its sandy beaches and  seafront amusements.  Seat Price £32.00

Thursday 18th September 

 Petworth House and Park
Inspired by the magnificent palaces of Europe, Petworth House features grand state rooms designed to showcase wealth, refined taste, and royal connections.

Beyond its opulent interiors, Petworth is also home to one of the finest surviving examples of Capability Brown’s landscape design, spread across 700 acres of scenic deer park.

Just a short stroll from the house lies the charming town of Petworth — a treasure trove of independent boutiques, cosy cafés, and inviting restaurants. The town is also renowned for its antiques and art establishments, boasting around 37 within just a half-mile radius. Seat Price £35.00. Entrance to the House and Park is £19.00 and free to National Trust members

Monday 15th September  

Sound of the 60’s Live – Hosted by DJ  Tony Blackburn (OBE)  Tony Blackburn is the most recognisable  voice in British radio history. This year he is  heading back out on the road, transforming  his BBC Radio 2 Sounds of the 60’s staple  into a live show which will feature music and  stories from one of the most transformative  decades. Hear about his days at Radio  Caroline and him launching Radio One.  Please note the cost of your ticket is  included in your seat price of £70.00. 

Sunday 27thJuly

Camden Market  is one of the most famous markets in the world.  There are hundreds of unique shops, stalls, bars, cafes and food  outlets selling every conceivable food from every corner of the world.  Alongside the Market is Camden lock where you can take a boat or  gondola ride along the canal. Seat price from £34.00 

Monday 22nd September 

Although billed as a trip to London’s Museums  you can in fact do as you wish as long as you meet  the bus at the designated time. We will drop off and  pick up from outside The Natural History Museum  which is very close to The Victoria and Albert  Museum and the Science Museum. Whichever  museum you choose to visit you will be amazed by  thousands of thought-provoking exhibits. The best  bit of all, is that all of these wonderful Museums are  free to enter. Seat price£38.00

Friday 4th July 

Boat cruise from Poole to Swanage with Steam Train ride. We will arrive at Poole Quay to board the 10.30am Cruise from Poole  Harbour to Swanage (please note you will need to purchase your  Sea Train tickets beforehand). This 1-hour cruise with live commentary will  pass by some of Dorset’s greatest landmarks. Your boat ticket will include the steam train from Swanage to Norden or Corfe, where you could  explore the ruins of Corfe Castle or explore the village centre. You will  then be collected from Swanage at the end of the day. FYI Sea Train  ticket prices Adults £25.50. If you do not wish to ride the train, a  one-way boat trip will be Adults £17.00. Please speak to a member  of our staff about booking your boat cruise.  Seat price for the coach is £32.00

I will certainly bear in mind your comments about future bookings.

As regards a rating, I found Tuesday's trip excellent.  David the driver could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way cheerfully and efficiently to ensure we were all catered for in every way possible. Full marks!

 Re Brighton 15th July

I had a lovely day out in Brighton and the whole experience more than lived up to expectations. Communications were very straightforward, the journey comfortable and timings perfect.  David was an excellent driver and ‘tour guide’ - friendly and accommodating.

 I have just had a great day out with Great Days Out. The whole trip was wonderful. Other passengers  were delightful, friendly and fun. The sun shone all day and our driver, David  was  kind, respectful to all  us elderly ladies and gentlemen and drove the minibus confidently and competently. We were all happy to be in such safe hands.
